Correspondence Support

Correspondence, prepared to your instructions

Administrative typing, formatting, organization, and coordination of client-directed correspondence, limited to work legally permitted for the business.

What correspondence support includes

You decide what needs to be said and to whom. Our in-house paralegals, supervised by a licensed attorney, turn your content and instructions into clean, professional correspondence and handle the administrative side of getting it out the door.

  • Typing and formatting letters from the content you provide
  • Organizing enclosures, exhibits, and supporting documents in the order you specify
  • Preparing envelopes, mailing packages, and delivery records
  • Keeping an organized file of what was sent, when, and to whom
  • Coordinating follow-up correspondence at your direction

Who it is for

Individuals who need formal letters handled carefully and professionally.

Entrepreneurs and small businesses that want administrative correspondence kept organized without adding staff.

Clients working with their own attorney who need help assembling and formatting what the attorney has asked for.

The Process

Three steps

  1. You provide the content and instructions

What the letter should say, who receives it, and any enclosures.

  2. We type, format, and organize

Your correspondence is prepared to your instructions and assembled with its enclosures.

  3. You review and approve; we deliver as directed

Nothing is sent until you approve it. Delivery and records are handled as you direct.

Where correspondence support stops

We do not draft legal arguments, threaten litigation on your behalf, or negotiate with other parties for you. If a letter calls for legal strategy or advice, that is a matter for a licensed attorney, and matters escalated beyond document preparation are contracted to local attorneys with your written notice. See Attorney Resources.
