About our services
Is Zelix Services a law firm? It is not.
No. Zelix Services is not a law firm and does not represent clients. We are a document preparation and correspondence support company. Our work is performed by in-house paralegals supervised by a licensed attorney. Using this website or submitting a request does not create an attorney-client relationship. See our Disclosures.
Who prepares my documents?
Our in-house paralegals prepare your documents at your direction, under the supervision of a licensed attorney. If a matter is escalated beyond document preparation, we contract with local attorneys and tell you in writing before that happens.
Who supervises the work?
A licensed attorney supervises our paralegal team. The company itself does not give legal advice or represent clients; the attorney's supervision is of our document preparation work.
Can you tell me which documents I need?
Choosing the right documents or strategy for your situation is legal advice, and that is a question for a licensed attorney. We prepare the documents you select, according to your instructions. If you are unsure, our Attorney Resources page explains how to find independent counsel.
What if my matter needs an attorney?
We will tell you. Where legal advice or representation is necessary, you should consult a licensed attorney. If your matter is escalated beyond document preparation, we may contract with a local attorney to handle it, and you are always free to choose your own. See Attorney Resources.
Working with us
Do I need an account?
No. You can submit a request without creating an account. We will contact you to confirm the details.
Can I complete everything from my phone?
Yes. The request form works on any phone, and the rest of the process can be handled by phone and email.
What happens after I submit a request?
A member of our paralegal team contacts you within one business day to confirm what you need, the instructions, and the timeline. Work begins only after you have a written service agreement.
How do I send supporting documents?
After we receive your request, we arrange with you how to share supporting documents. Please do not send Social Security numbers, account numbers, or other sensitive identifiers by email or through the request form.
How long does preparation take?
It depends on the documents and how quickly we receive your instructions and materials. We give you an expected timeline when we confirm your request, and you review the completed documents before anything is finalized.
Where are you located? Do you serve clients outside Woodland Hills?
Our office is in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles County (5850 Canoga Avenue, 4th Floor, Woodland Hills, CA 91367), and we serve clients throughout California. Most work is handled remotely, so you do not need to visit the office.Details are on the Contact page.

They are set out in our Refund & Return Policy and in the written service agreement you receive before work begins.
Where can I read your terms?
Our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Disclosures are all published on this website.
